Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

Mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper together in a shallow dish.

  3. 3

Put olive oil in a frying pan and heat on medium-high. Swirl the pan to coat it with oil.

  4. 4

Dip each pork chop in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to make it stick if needed.

  5. 5

Add the pork chops to the pan and sear each side for 2 minutes until they are golden brown.

  6. 6

Place the pork chops in a glass baking dish or leave them in the pan if it is oven-safe.

  7. 7

Put the pork chops in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

  8. 8

Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
