Ingredients

  • 12-16 ounces of pizza dough
  • olive oil
  • pizza sauce
  • mozzarella cheese
  • parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Preheat your oven at least 30 minutes.

    If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.

    Prepare your work surface with olive oil.

    Press down the dough in the center and stretch it outward to about 12 inches across.

    Transfer the dough to a square of parchment paper.

    Drizzle olive oil over the top of the dough.

    Let the rolled-out dough rest for 10 minutes if you prefer a thicker crust.

    Par bake the pizza crust for 1-2 minutes until slightly puffed.
